How Driver App Works?
- Launch the app & tap on icon to go online to start receiving rider’s bookings
- A GPS navigation system by taping on green arrow will show the passenger's location to be picked up, tap on arrived and waiting once you reach at pickup location
- A GPS navigation system by taping on green arrow will guide you to the passenger's destination to be drop off
- Enter toll amount if you use toll way otherwise Select Drop Off once you've reached your destination and collect your fare or cab charge from rider only if you received message to collect amount
- Collect your fare or cab charge from rider only if you received message to collect amount. Riders able to pay by cab charge only when they select car type which accept cab charge

How to become RideBoom partner driver?

- Vehicle Inspection report from Rideboom authorised inspection centre.
- You drive or own premium taxi (leather interior, luxury taxi) not normal taxi, optional for Van Aid taxi.
- Vehicle insurance and commercial licence.
RB Lux
- Vehicle insurance
- Driver accreditation
- Commercial licence certificate
RB ECO and DeliveryBoom
- You are at least 21 years’ old.
- Have a full drivers licence.
- Have held a full drivers licence for at least 12 months.
RB Best, RB SUV and RB Mini Bus
- Licence front
- Licence back
- Driver accreditation /passport/birth certificate
- Police check (Optional RB provide)
Meets the following driver history requirements:
- No licence suspensions or ‘extended demerit point periods’ in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol infractions in the past 10 years.
- Have no offences on your police record of any crime or traffic offence.
Car Requirements
- Have 4 doors or more and
- Be able to seat four passengers
- Be less than 10 years old and;
- Be registered in Victoria
- No decals or commercial branding
- No vehicles that were previously taxi’s
- You fit to work and able to lift 20 KG
- Inspection report
Required Documents
- Your driver’s licence of the state or place where you want to drive
- Your passport or birth certificate
- Your car insurance certificate (you must be a listed driver; it needs a valid expiry)
- If you already have a Driver’s Accreditation, we will get you on the road immediately!Any other documents required in the state or territory you plan to drive in
- A driver profile photo

- Must be a forward-facing, centred photo including the driver’s full face and top of shoulders, with no sunglasses
- Must be a photo only of the driver with no other subject in the frame, well-lit, and in focus. It cannot be a driver’s license photo or other printed photograph

All RideBoom drivers need an ABN and have to pay GST
An ABN is required to drive with RideBoom for Australian tax purposes. RideBoom is GST & Tax compliant – which means we pay GST on our part of the fare. It is a driver’s responsibility to seek tax advice in relation to the lodgement of their Annual GST Return or Quarterly BAS Statement.
