• Must befully insured in the ACT and registered.
• 10 years old or less as of current year. Some exceptions apply – see Eligible Vehicle Models listed below for more information.

• Cars with 4 passengers plus the driver
• No taxis, custom builds, branded or rebuilt vehicles but some exception for Genesis, Chrysler and Caprice silver coloured taxis.
